There are two ways. If you accepted Matts help in the classroom and are on the ntr/corruption route, you just go into the bathroom stall in the school bathroom in the afternoon after you finish that conversation in the clasroom. If you rejected Matt's offer and are on the loyalty route, Megan will appear in the school hallway in the morning after you have started Lauren's dragon photo-shoot.

The gallery unlocker on the OP has DS mods included which allows you to manipulate stats and money, mc name, and other things. You just access it through the DS symbol on the phone screen.
It's a bug that I think I've finally fixed in this version. You can try it out, but you'll have to trigger those events again to make them register, which are getting Lauren and Sidney to masturbate in Lauren's bedroom. If it works for you (or not) let me know. Thanks!
