Personally, I think it's just because of the special art style of the game, I'm getting some screenies to show that they're within the norm for adult sizes in the game. Lauren wears braces, and that on 3D characters tends to make them look a lot younger than they are also.

I completely agree. It may not exactly fit the definition of "Loli", but their physical appearance makes them look much younger.
I saw another game a few weeks ago (although, it looked like a piece of trash), where the characters were made in daz, and they had that "plastic look" to them, which also screwed the perception of their actual age.

Yes of course, graphic art has a lot to do with it. I didn't question their identity or their claimed age in the game. And personally, I took a long time to get used to it, and in the end I like it. Well my saves are a mix of both. With and without NTR, because you can always avoid the NTR. Either by phone or by choosing not to leave Jackie at the club three times in a row (thus paying the debt at least the 3rd time) and when Mc and Jackie get caught in the office at school, the game gives you the choice to continue with or without NTR. With it's Matt who catches them in the act, without it's Megan. But I can give you the one right before you choose to pay the debt or not (before Jackie's NTR scene) with the NTR content off
