I wouldn't say she 'hates' Ryan. More like she's angry with him for not having her back and is using Matt to punish him for it.
But even if Ryan is fine with fucking Mandy without Lauren's permission. Mandy doesn't want to torch her relationship with Lauren. So that's a no go without her cousin/best friend's blessing.

If Ryan wants to get into that tight little blond pussy, he's going to have to figure out a solution. But I'm sure Mandy might have some ideas in the next update.

There is in fact a mod included, but the WT mod for this game is now abandoned, it won't get updated.
