Yes, you have to go to the living room on Saturday to clean the backyard. This allows you on Sunday to do a photoshoot with the girls.

They are progresive you keep not paying and eachtime heads towards the NTR.
The more you don't pay the more Mom has content with the Boss exct.
Not sure If you need to go to the strip club to see it happen you probably do.
But if yours isn't progressing then i can't help you... you need the Dev or someone that can check your save for issues.
Because maybe your game has issues itself ?.
As I'm not aware of any lockout to that route unless... its linked to her relationship with MC maybe it has to be bad.
And unless you have been anoying her then Paying would of given you good relationship with her.

I suspect going back and recreating the entire game with aged up models would not be a more desirable outcome over living with the models we have and moving towards an ending for most people.

It's an event you go to the casino/strip club she's at the card tables and you start a conversation with her. It was a long way into the game (or I played it slowly either is possible)
