So loading your save I went to the campaign HQ at the school in the afternoon. This starts the Diaz quest where you need to go to the city map in the evening to talk to Diaz about getting dirt on Matt.

That's going to be your next step in the quest.

Not going forward no.
There is a significant amount of content in the current public version. Eventually it'll be retooled a bit into more of a demo format with a splash screen at the end pointing you to AFVs SS or Patreon pages.
