Can anyone tell me why?

to do Collect´em All them all u need to keep taking mom out on a date and keep buying the ones she dont already have u need to keep going to her bedroom sunday are saturday just forgot if its early morning are morning

This is probably a problem with your operating system.
I suspect your operating system is preventing the game from saving your settings.
If you're using Windows, start the game by right-clicking the .exe file and selecting "Run as administrator."
That should fix the problem.

Thanks, I had overlooked that here in the forum. I changed the location and now I was able to complete the quest.
