That's a bug. You have Jacky on the NTR route and Lauren on the Loyalty route.
They both need to be on the NTR path for this to trigger.

I don't know how to convert to NTR, I've tried not paying so the detective can corrupt her but that didn't work either.

You can't convert her.

If she wins or loses the election is what determines what path she's on.

If Ryan paid Matt after the election and Matt didn't have sex with Lauren, then Lauren is not on the NTR path.
A little tip for next time: create multiple save games.
With the right save, you could replay the election and make a different decision.

Do you still have the old Alpha version?
If so, download the new Beta, it fixes this and other bugs.
Otherwise, the error could also be caused by a mod.

It's quite possible that your download didn't work correctly and you received a corrupted ZIP file.
Thats maybe the reason for the error, try downloading from a different file hosting service, that might help.
