sadly, mixdrop is filtered out here on admin level.. can't get the download to start. is there any alternative to it?

reminds me... what is the exact path for android saves? So I can incorporate it in the next android port.

You can just tell your browser to prevent any popups or ads on a specific site (like MixDrop). I do that and don't ever see any popups or new tabs opened when clicking to download. Just FFR.thanks alot!
and.. i'm retiree, i don't use anything at work anymore.
just had a trusted person look over the broswer's 'fine tuning' and he coughed up a list with untrusteds. i don't touch that one.

i get the site displayed, fine, but neither images nor buttons (all placeholders), and nothing clickable would work. i'll check with my buddy over the weekend, may be some blacklist entry for whichever is not genuine mixdrop, and then the main site removed from untrusted, might get it to work. normally i would use the F95 DDL, but that doesn't serve mods or single patches, unless it's a game update.

You should try the using the BRAVE or FIREFOX browsers.
In the future, I could upload the nag-patches to MEGA instead.

'Firefox for Parrot OS'
it's 128.x ESR shipped with latest Parrot OS, customized by Parrot OS devs (that is a Linux distro).
not running through Tor (out of convenience) while visiting F95 right now, because that had a bit of a negative impact on DL speed and takes several extra 'tweaks' to work around that. i'm somewhat lazy in winter.
Parodos right, Mega doesn't ask xss or anything else, so the browser wouldn't complain or deny (on tight settings). they do it all with cookies, i suppose. swisscows hadn't found any trackers on it, either.
i just don't know how much more effort that would take to set up and all that, given you already use mxdrop..
cxx on paranoia days i just use 'Parrot-on-a-stick' which is a Parrot secure image installed on some -r USB thingy, boot from that and execute solely within RAM. can't go more virtual than that, hehe.. but can't save a thing then. no drives but RAMdisk.
