Yes,you only get two options to select and both go the same route,no difference at all.
but the art is quite nice.

It is clearly stated in multiple locations that my characters are all over 18 years of age. I work with real verified 18+ girls for some of my character models (see Thuy in Kidnap for example). An aesthetic style and preference for slim girls with smaller boobs does not automatically make them problematic or in breach of any laws.

The US is not the entire world. I am not based in the US. F95 may well not host their content in the US. F95 have their own rules (see rule 7).

When something is hard to judge objectively, that means it's subjective. And determining the age of a fictional character without context is a totally subjective endeavor. However, the creator, me, has explicitly stated that all characters are over 18 years of age. So, despite any subjective opinion on their appearance, they are over 18.

My preferred aesthetic is that of the 18 year old that gets carded when she goes to a bar (yes, some parts of the world outside the US allow 18 year olds to drink at bars :p ). If professionals (bouncers) can't always tell when someone real is adult or not, how are you going to categorically know a fictional character's age without referencing the creator?

In fact, in AGOAT Effy is playing with this misconception to leverage power over Jake and Emma. She never actually states her age, but she uses the way she dresses and wears her hair to lure them into believing she's something she's not.

The age old discussion of "is she legal". Guys and girls, don't judge something like this based on looks. I've seen grown women in their 30's who look like they are in the 12 to 14 range. And I've seen teens who look like they were close to their 40's.

That is 18 years of age. This is also why porn stars are required to be at least 18 years old. Age of consent only applies if it's sex without a camera/not drawn but real life sex. Also, the rule you mention practically only exists in the US. In most of the other Western countries, the age of consent is a hard boundary, it's just lower in most of them (fx 15 in my country, 14 in Germany).

3) I suggest you read up on the laws before you think you pass on knowledge. First, if you're American, you need to read this:

"Section 1466A of Title 18, United State Code, makes it illegal for any person to knowingly produce, distribute, receive, or possess with intent to transfer or distribute visual representations, such as drawings, cartoons, or paintings that appear to depict minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and are deemed obscene. This statute offers an alternative 2-pronged test for obscenity with a lower threshold than the Miller test. The matter involving minors can be deemed obscene if it (i) depicts an image that is, or appears to be a minor engaged in graphic bestiality, sadistic or masochistic abuse, or sexual intercourse"

If you're not American, other laws apply, but in no part of the Western world (first and second world countries) is it legal to produce or distribute any kind of drawn, text-based, verbal, or 3D material involving people under the age of 18.

This is specifically due to the fact that the United Nations member nations have all ratified a declaration conserning this. This makes any game where one of the characters could be under 18 years old a criminal offense to produce or share.
That means any game with a very petite frame or very small tits, or a very youngish face.

This information is the reason why I am curious why F95zone has a different ruleset than the legal community. They risk facing serious time (in the US, for example, the sentencing frame is 5 to 20 years).

Guys, you need to be careful. Is it worth it to accept these games? If you offer them to US citizens thru the site, you might actually be extradicted for conviction if you're not US residents, provided your own law has also criminalized this kind of content (which is most likely has).

Pretty much every game of this site is obscene, all of pornhub and thousands of other sites as well. The US does not prosecute obscenity except under very rare circumstances, the relevant law that would be in question would be related to CP, and this does not qualify because it is distinguishable from actual images.
Visual depictions include photographs, videos, digital or computer generated images indistinguishable from an actual minor, and images created, adapted, or modified, but appear to depict an identifiable, actual minor.

Age of consent is only relevant to actual persons engaged in sexual activity and has nothing to do with games. Also, the UN did not do anything, a proposal was made to expand the definition to include drawn materials, and it was shot down, that is just more falsehoods. Why must you guys lie like this? It is the same as the anti-abortion people, they lie and lie and lie, they cite false documents with misleading claims. If you don't like this game, don't play and stay out of the thread. I am sick of all of you fundamentalists of all stripes, stay the fuck out of everyone else's business and simply mind your own. You do not get to be the morality police and decide what should be acceptable or not.

I don't get the hype. All of the images are just screenshots and short videos created using Virt-a-mate, no way Koala has made any of the objects or even textures himself. Mostly stolen content.
