And how would you describe the save file you are asking for? This is a sandbox game. You want a save before the Riley photoshoot? A save file before the renovation? A save file with all content seen? Which day?
You have the option to skip text you've seen. It's easy to make money. It's easy to buy things and pay the tax. You can easily skip through the game in half an hour if you've played before.
Just start a new game, skip the text you've seen and enjoy the rest.

I don't really like the game interface and replaying it despite the excellent plot is just painful. You can read the changelog here in the first post and on substar. But to save you the effort to read 10 lines, no, there are no new scenes added between 0.4.0 and 0.4.1.

No, this is a minor update as I usually do them where I solve common issues that i get from gathering feedback here
And now i hate you, i play 4.0.... grind a LOT to get the money for the renovations... feed the family with only pasta for weeks, and all that.... to get nerfed in 4.1......

It's been said a 100 times, you don't need to grind the 5000, you get it for free. Yes, it is still in 0.4.1, just talk to Eve when you progress the quest to that point.
Also, pasta is the best, cause you can add cu... sauce to it.
