Just a couple things I noticed.
When you explore the house you visit the basement, is there a reason you won't allow the player to take the ladder before going to the attic? I see no reason to make you backtrack to the basement if you have already been there.
When talking to the previous owner you give the option of "That's my mom" When clicking on it you get the message that it isn't a good idea. To me one of the more frustrating things I find in games is when you are given an option that isn't really an option.
There is a discrepancy when talking to Eve after deciding to go buy milk. She asks if you have given any thought to how to make money. For some reason you can't answer truthfully that you have and that you had just spoken to the previous owner who was going to speak with his friend about the issue. Since the game is fairly linear at this point, there is no way you wouldn't have spoken to him before Eve, so the omission is glaringly obvious.
I wanted to add, don't worry about responders that just came to whine about how this isn't their type of game or that there should be more content. This is literally the earliest you can get into development, there isn't going to be a whole lot going on. They are lucky you included a lewd scene at all this early in development. Keep your chin up, create what you want to create and follow your passions.

Seems promising, but needs work.
I ran into some errors when trying to check the various "clock" menu tabs, had to rollback.
The specific tabs that caused errors seemed to change depending on which room I was in, but I didn't keep close track of it.
I like the art, and look forward to where this goes.

Might want to check continuity of storylines, or however that kind of thing is termed.

I really don't see what the difficulty with the box is. At the end of the previous dialogue, Alice says "Let's start with the letter". Then your quest log say's you found a letter in the box and you need to read it. From that point on you really have 2 possibilities, you can either assume the letter is in your inventory, or it is still in the box. So again, I really don't know how it got confusing.

Ok....... This confirms why I hate sandbox games, yet I still force myself to try them. I must be a sadist! Really though!
1. Folks, don't bother until at least version 0.75 if it survives that long. There is literally nothing to do as of 0.2 unless you count spanking your grossly oversized monkey, something to do.
2. Someone who has alot more patience than me.... Please do a comprehensive walkthrough!! I mean seriously! Why should any of us waste time clicking through an entire in game WEEK just to get to the next sequence of events. (Really dev? Really??)

it’s not the genre of the game that counts it’s the story and the gameplay associated with it. A good sandbox game will be always better than a bad VN.
It's ok to critic bad gameplay or dumb story but not the genre, there's no point.
hey here is a good tip for you if you dont like sandboxes game then dont play them its that easy and so we should Boycott something cos you dont like it and also you say we can you tell me who are we i only se you moan about it
