I honestly don't see that happening. I've said it before, but what i see happening is MC mastering his powers, rebuilding the House safely and in such a way that the harem girls can come and go for as long as they please. This would give MC and his harem a fortress and home from which to combat that which is invading all the various realms.

For Blair (big-breasted dwarf) I don't have a perfect fit, but I can assure you, there are plenty of games with partial fits. Buxom shortstacks: ProjectR and Inn Another World has them. If you want to stray from the fantasy genre, Betsy in Misfits represents for chubby shapely girls (by chance there is a link in a comment on this same page).

You can't just say "I'm sure there are more", really the point is that it's uniquely unattractive. I looked up ProjectR. If you want to use it to say it that shows the fetish I'm not going to fight you, but IMO the cartoony style doesn't make her fit Blair, there's a layer of abstraction. Blair as someone mentions looks human, just a rather unattractive one by porn model standards. For Inn Another World I'm sure you understand that short is not the same thing as short and overweight. She's not just chubby but shaped in a way that's almost purpose built to be like the type that is least represented in porn because of how lacking the market for that stumpy shape is.
