Umm... Why?
As far as I understand, when the MC learns enough to handle the ether, he will be able to bring everyone back. But must he? The House won't disappear from this, will it?
And yes, they are NOT tied to their worlds anymore, they are now tied to the House.

Shoutouts to all the people in the thread that are giving the heads up about what's happening with the current updates.

Also shoutouts to the Dev for giving a lil mini road map here on what's to come.

Gotta wait a couple more updates since there isn't really that much content yet, but I'm glad to see how active everyone here is as I actively come back to see progress.

Keep up the good work!

Especially since realistically she could stay with the MC until he dies of old age and than return to her previous life without skipping a beat. I mean, let's be real here.

I wonder how seriously she can even take the relationship given that fact. I mean, it's not terribly vise to get too emotionally attached to someone who from your perspective is going to last a couple seconds and than wilt away. That might be the reason for some of her behavior. Like how she is very easy and quick to get sexual with but we get few proper romance scenes.

Same goes for Lyriel and maybe Naomi because witch powers or something. And we don‘t know the life span of Orcs or if Cait can prolong her life via magic. (Unless that‘s revealed in the latest update. I haven‘t played it yet)

I noticed something that I think is an inconsistency, although it might just be a wording issue. If you have already gotten caught up to the current end of Lyriel's storyline, the MC has also had sex with her a couple of times, at least. Now, while she's cleaning the bathroom, he can take her back to her room and sleep with her again. However, if she's washing dishes she'll still give the MC a handjob or blowjob, but if you have him propose sex she'll say she won't let him breed her. But you literally can have sex with her regularly now and creampie her. Maybe it would be more appropriate to have her tell the MC she's unwilling to have sex out in the open. So her dialogue should probably at least be altered, if you don't want to have this as an opportunity to take her back to her room for sex.

Edit: Given NoStep's response below, I assume this will be fixed in a coming release.

Zanith has already said that the earlier repeatables (like the dishes) will be updated once he gets around to it.

Ah, I see. I hadn't bothered to check the thread, because I assumed it wasn't very likely others repeated that event and cared about that option. I'll remove the @ from the post above; no reason to give Zanith something to check that will already be handled.

I've run into a couple of weird issues with the update;

* Somehow, the bunny lounge dream got reset. I did not re-enable it through the dream app on the phone. Not a bug deal, but it's triggering my OCD.

* Something weird is up with my saves. I'm not sure what Renpy's limit is on terms of saves for a game, but it's always seemed to be more or less infinite. However, it seems as if the number of pages for saves is bugged for me. I have over 100 pages of saves for this game, but I can't seem to past 54 right now(quick saves still work).

EDIT: this is resolved.

What you said DOES make sense.

However, I interpreted Rae´s reluctance in admitting that she and the MC are a "couple" or "lovers" differently. I mean, by the time you get the pool, it is quite clear that Rae has either fallen for the MC, or is about to.

You see, we know that Rae is 1- part of a Infernal Noble House, and 2- Her duties in that House are related to diplomacy and espionage: in other words, pursuing the House´s interests cleanly if possible, but if it is not (or maybe simpler/more expedient), then is cloak and dagger time.

We don´t know what Rae and Lady Sirena said to each other in their conversation (last part of Rae's story so far), but considering that he MC seems to be RIDICULOUSLY powerful (as in: he is an anomaly that shouldn´t even be possible) in Ether-related magic, it is quite possible that Lady Sirena decreed that the MC is/could be an asset to her House, and ordered Rae to either A- secure said asset´s loyalty for her House, or B- failing that, dispose of it before any of the House's enemies can grab it.

IF this hypothesis is correct, then that would explain Rae´s reluctance, for she could receive orders at any given moment, and those orders could spell the end of her relationship with the MC, so it better not to get too emotionally involved.

Which, if we think about it, kinda sets up Rae's story: How willl she deal with her old loyalties and her new life's perspective? What will she be choosing, in the end? And how the MC is going to deal with that?

All very valid points. It is called Infernal Trust after all, to assume her superiors wont be telling her to at the very least keep an eye on you is foolish. But I think Rae has had enough of that life and is looking for a way out, I think that why you brought her there to begin with, they all need to escape something, the MC included.

Do you not understand what a succubus is?
Her being a succubus, is the exact reason for her ease and speed in getting sexual.

The headmaster of Cait's college, along with every other magi we've met, has been massively shocked by how much raw power the MC has.
Don't forget, their trap (designed to protect the college against harm from intrusion, so their main defence) couldn't hold him.
He blinked out of it, like it was nothing.
Have to wonder how much concern Rae would have about the Infernals, when she's got the protection of the most powerful magic user around.
She's just a succubus. Not the demon equivalent of James Bond.

Hm.. That is a good thing to think about. I mean, I know how I'd react. Given our human mortality I honestly wouldn't blame her if she choose her eternal duty over a couple more decades with me. Not that this would stop me from fighting back with every single joule of energy in my body. Which in this case seems to be a lot.

What about y'all?
