Dammit, I could have sworn that when I clicked on it a couple of hours ago I had seen an rpa file there. I'm afraid I'm now as baffled as you are. Maybe you could also download the Windows version zip file and extract the rpa file from that? If that doesn't work, you could either cough up to join the dev's Patreon to get at a hopefully full Android version, or play the Windows version on Android using Joiplay, which would probably work.
Only if you can play it via Joiplay or some other emulator that allows you to play RenPy Windows games on Android devices.

I just extracted the pc version and used the rpa files from the game folder. Worked as usual

Yes, copy paste the rpa files from the game folder of the pc version like u usually do with the single rpa file for android before and it will work as usual, only difference depending on ur device processor the initial unpacking files will take some time.
