if you count swinging as NTR then yeah but straight up NTR is avoidable unless you cheat. Only thing that I experienced that was in the grey area was the gloryhole when she was drunk but I dont count it since you can stop it if you wish.

If you only cheated with Zoe, and no one else, (This Kelly kiss was not a choice, and doesn't cause any issues) And were honest about these when you spoke with the therapist at the beginning of Ch5, then Mary would not have cheated on you with anyone but Bryce, in the shower. If you lied about Zoe and said you didn't cheat with her, then that changes.
If you got the scene with Derek, and the choice to watch the video call or disconnect, then you cheated with more than just Zoe. Either you fucked Kelly, or got at least a blowjob from Jazz, or fucked Lexi, etc. This is the only way the Derek scene happens without a phone call from Mary asking permission. (which is in hotwife path).
So if you had several, full revenge scenes, then MC has fucked several women, besides Zoe.
And her thinking, in the cheating path, is that if MC is cheating on her, and the marriage is disfunctional, then why would she be ready to bring a child into that relationship, at least until they get things worked out.
There is a counter in the game, for how many times the MC has fucked other women, cheated. And to this point in the game, Mary has not fucked as many as the MC in the cheating path. Now, in hotwife path, where MC allows her to do this, the count could be different. But that is your choice as the player, and it is not cheating. In this path, Mary also allows MC to have a fun night with a friend as well.
Yes, in the cheating path, to this point, MC may seem weak, as he is trying to save his marriage, and he has done wrong by Mary, so she is doing the same to him. Yes it is vindictive of her, but she also wants MC to know how it feels to be cheated on, so perhaps he will change his ways. In the future, perhaps he will have a chance to tell her to 'fuck off' and leave her, but not at that point yet.
Oh absolutely, it's all context specific. And that's the case with all this stuff, is the other guy looking at LI and winking while LI smiles back then glares at mc? I've found 90% of the time it's totally innocuous stuff that only the perpetually insecure would take issue with...

We have a story we are telling, and the story needs to get to a point, before we have the option of the couple breaking up. Once we get to that point, then there will be choices to make to see how the couple goes forward.
Yes, it is harsh at some points, but that is Netorare, which the cheating path is. It is done to make the MC jealous, and she is doing it for that reason.

I'm sure you guys are aware that this place is populated with a predominant mindset that men can cheat all they want and there is nothing whatsoever wrong with it. But for their woman/women to even be in the same room with an unattached male is a sin punishable by quartering.
Is she going too far? Maybe so, maybe no. People do unpredictable things when emotionally wounded. I don't think most people would react as she does...most would just walk away. But some would and do. The question then becomes...is the effort to mend worth it?
