The therapist is not there to tell them what not to do, or even how to handle the tasks she gives them. She is there for support, and to help them become more sexual as a couple, which is why they have gone to see her.

The Jacob (boss) scene in hotwife was a chance we saw to have a scene with Fred there and involved. To tell the truth, we never even thought about a possible 'working for or with' connection with Jacob, in relation to Mike and Charlie. Now that you mention it, there is some sort of connection in that way. But, Jacob is a nice guy, who finds Mary attractive and sexy, and she saw a way to have fun with him, and since this may be the only time the 3 of them are together, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to do it.

We had not given thought to the girls Fred turned down and giving an opportunity for him, on good boy path, to have a chance with them later on. This is a great idea though, and we will see if it is something we can make happen, at least for some of them. We do have some scenes with people from other parts of the game who may show up for this kind of scenario coming up though.

I still don't understand why she takes their word for it yet If Fred take's Zoey's word Mary says she was lying, Yet Mary believes what Zoey Said. But she still has more serious evidence than Fred do. In Kelly's case, one of the proofs could be born in 9 months.
In the case of Jazz or Rachel, the people who involved the infidelity told her about it. And there is no point they lied to her. They are just strangers for her. In Zoey's case, she saw or heard everything herself.
