There will be choices that are clearly marked with 'Pursue' or 'Don't Pursue' but they are different from those you are asking about. So pick whatever feels right: you might want to constantly troll her for example, do it without fear!
Like others have said, it doesnt matter, but joker probably works better for the flow of conversations since their whole relationship revolves around her being too serious and him not being serious enough
Harem tag means there is at least one set of four people (usually MC and three others) living together with everybody happy with the arrangement in the end. Assuming you're asking for an update, nope. Per the last developer update, it is pretty early going towards episode 12. You're looking at weeks, not days but he's chugging along and it sounds like this update should be a good one.
What I don't like is how often the MC's face is shown. It makes self-insertion unnecessarily difficult. I want to feel like I'm the one going through those shenanigans, not some douche.
