Lol... I hate the Vanessa character and path soooo much, I think I am going to create a mod that eliminates her entirely. Or should I just get rid of the "comedy" routines? Would that make that sunglasses wearing diva more tolerable? Seriously, does anyone think these "comedy" sections are funny? So yeah, time to get to work.

This is pretty true what you are saying, but I think another issue if not a bigger one, is just romance progression as a whole is awful in this game. I am not even sure this game has romance.

For exmaple, Riley was my favorite, it took like 15 chapters to get sex with her, slow burn, sure, but absolutely like no progression, no affection, no kissing, not really any dates, just boom sex now, after a boring and bad journey to get there. This happens with some of the other girls too.

So after the whole game, as we are reaching the end, yeah we have sex with some of the girls, finally got Riley, but what's the point, that's it, nothing else, no buildup, no affection, no nothing, just meaningless relationships with sex, is all we get with the girls. This game just feels like a waste of time and disappointment to me.

i like this game alot.. but if you coming for romance? Yea this game isn't that tbh.

Tbh it's my biggest gripe about it. Lack of romance kinda sucks tbh. What's the point of all this slow burn that we had to go through just to go have sex, and that's that? Like damn. That was underwhelming... It don't help that the sex scenes are dry... Like really dry lol.

So if you coming into this game expecting some wholesome/romance moments? Yea hell nah. Most of the Lis seem more like fuckbuddies than anything at the moment. Don't know if that will change, but that's what it is. Honestly I think the romance tag should be removed imo.

At this point i am mainly playing it for the boxing/old town part. To me it's the most interesting about the game. But honestly the lack of anything of substance with Lis brings me back to it really lacking that true substance in that department to really get you to care about the Lis.

I get it. We all like different things. Not judging. I'm not really a fan of Riley either as she is kind of a nothing burger, but at least she is integral to the story. If you pulled Vanessa out, the overall story would remain the same. For me, every time Vanessa is on the screen, I am just holding the ctrl button down until it's done. So I was trying to be funny when it came to the mod, but I obviously am as funny as the comedy scenes in this AVN.

I actually came here to remind myself of one of the names of the ladies, the model chick named Vanessa. Efficient and lucky to see she was commented on in this page.

(It was for my review of Yesterday's Crossroads.)

It's strange. That game has stupidly gorgeous women with an attempt at backstory, and motive for each of the characters. But they're so generically gorgeous, and there's so many of them, it feels so dull. Oh, and there's no meaningful plot.

Here, we get all kinds of fun and diverse personalities, (e.g. Vanessa), and bodies, so everyone feels distinct. Then the cliffhanger and mystery as to why Vanessa showed up bald in the hospital. See? Keep people interested outside of D-cups and multiple hair/makeup renders.

About vanessa I guess she has cancer and was hiding it from the mc?
Will make sense why did she go all the way with the mc so fast while still being a virgin

"I like the way you trimmed it.":
$ two_choice = False
$ riley_private_trim_015 == True

You won't notice it immediately but after Riley's first sex scene this choice won't work anymore, so you will see Riley shaved afterwards.
If you know how to handle the renpy console, enter following:
riley_private_trim_015 = True

It was already mentioned back in Oct '24, but no fix yet. Maybe someone can contact the author about this.
