In my humble opinion:
Nicole is a (I don't want to say "typical" because she's not...) trophy wife. However most trophy wives have that very slutty face/look about them (most have surgery done), whereas Nicole has more softer features and less edges (both in physique and personality). She IS your typical boss' wife (takes care of the home, makes clients feel welcomed, raise the kids etc.) she lives for her husband which is why its so interesting the MC has entered her world and has popped her bubble.
Did you mean Jenny right here? Nicole is the girlfriend's mother and Jenny is the mc's mother (shown below)
I guess those stats show up from the latest versions but it still counts how many times you called Nicole by her name and how many times you have creampied her.I have a question. Maybe it's because I'm on day 7 and at the hospital (I wanted to start the game all over again) but I was wondering...At what point in the game does the stats for "Calling Nicole's Name Points", "Cumming Inside Nicole Points" and "Chloe remain GF" starts to appear in the game? because I've had already several occasions where I can call Nicole by her name from the night after the dinner date, then at the hospital but the stats don't appear in my "Reveal Affection Status" to count the points.
Also, "Cumming inside Nicole Points" I creampie her after the dinner date because that's part of the scene but no points counted or Points Status shown. I choose not to creampie her the first time they had sex in her bedroom when she was drunk after the steakhouse dinner because I want to avoid the pregnancy option.
That's why I don't know when do those stats start to appear.

Go to the main menu and click "Chapter Selection" on the left, instead of choosing "Start" (for a new game). You'll be asked to confirm. Then you begin the chapter again. At first, your stats all begin at 0, but then you're asked a series of questions to increase / decrease points to get to whatever your score was before. In case you don't remember all of your decisions, just consult the walkthrough.
