With spoiling too much. They both work just fine. It's just entirely down to preference of the player.
It's just that corruption route = relationship more based on lust and sex, at least early on.
Whereas low corruption route = relationship more based on being a "good boy" and trying to win her over romantically.
So pick the one you think sounds more fun/better for you and roll with it. I prefer the corruption route as IMO, it's just better. It has more/better sex scenes, and I find the dynamic between them much hotter.
