no and don't even have save to start that path, it starts quite early game if you neglect chloe while focus is 100% on her mother.

In addition to what cxx told you about how to get to the route where Chloe has an affair with her History teacher, I want to point out an important detail to keep in mind: from the three major routes in the game, Chloe has that affair in two of those three major routes.
The main difference between those two routes is due to the player's choice when, after MC discovers that affair and talks to Marilyn about it, given her advice that she should forget about Chloe and focus exclusively on Nicole, depending on your answer, it will determine which of the two major routes you will take.
Guys, maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me that the developer wrote that Jenny is untouchable.

It's a possibility that it can happen before their fight. I may agree that kiss can be a goodbye kiss but I would like to add to that, could this be Part 15's cliffhanger ending!?
Again it's a possibility at the moment. But from the looks of the 2nd pic it doesn't look like a goodbye kiss because Nicole is enjoying kissing MC (US). If it is a goodbye kiss, most likely both MC (US) & Nicole will have goodbye sex.
Just to confirm, your pessimistic theory is the 2nd pic being a goodbye kiss right? I really like your additional theory about Nicole doing whatever it takes to visit MC (Us) if we do end up moving and taking care of our Aunt Martha. Perhaps using whatever excuse Nicole uses to visit MC (US). Nicole and MC (US) can have more private times together in that other city like they had in Little Big Pond.

However, I don't rule out your theory about that screenshot. It's just that when I saw it for the first time, it gave me that weird feeling but I could be wrong. We'll know in a few weeks.

Additional teaser pics:
1st Teaser Pic: Looks like we'll be seeing again the co-workers (I forgot their names) that we've interacted before. But one of them looks worried. I wonder if John is asking her to do something that's making her uncomfortable. I guess we'll be interacting with them again.
2nd Teaser Pic: Looks like Nicole and MC (US) we'll be drinking wine but I'm curious about where they are. It doesn't look like they're at the Heavens household. Perhaps it's an open house that they're investigating that John went to or it's another situation where John invites MC (US) and we're surprised that Nicole is there.
And I'm very curious if it's ok for Nicole to drink, if we're on the route she's pregnant (which I'm guessing the majority of us are) Nicole can't drink alcohol because it will their unborn child.
Spicy Teaser Pics:
1st Spicy Teaser Pics: Looks like this is going to be a sex scene between the two and MC (US) gave Nicole a facial. I can't tell where Nicole & MC (US) are at the moment. My guess is that we're at a romantic cabin or Inn because of the wooden floorboards and Nicole and MC (US) are wearing fancy attire. It's not related to the first WIP image because it looks like MC (US) is wearing his office pants and Nicole, even though her dress is green the same color in the first WIP picture, the dress she's wearing here looks different.
2nd Spicy Teaser Pic: It looks like this is the scene where it leads to MC (US) and Nicole having sex in the foyer of the Heaven's household just like in the WIP dialogue teaser that was shown to us early in Part 15's production. Looks like Nicole will start with a blowjob and later it will lead to sex.
If you guys have any additional theories, feel free to add to them.

Regarding the content of the upcoming Part 15, shown by those previews, several things can be confirmed or theorized about it:
- First of all, not only does it seem to be confirmed that John's veto on MC's presence at Magic Grand is over, but it seems that there may be a special work party or at least preparations for one, because if I remember correctly, in a previous screenshot one of his coworkers was dressed as a pirate. That would better explain the pirate costume, as well as the bowler hat worn by the lesbian coworker who apparently knows nothing of John's dirty tricks, and probably explain why MC has served Nicole a glass of wine (I imagine that screenshot will only appear in the route where she is not pregnant, unless MC has forgotten that pregnant women cannot drink wine and after receiving that glass, Nicole rejects it citing her condition; after all, it wouldn't be anything new: if we choose for MC to buy coffee at that store for the camping day and then Nicole's pregnancy is confirmed, on the morning of Day 27, she has breakfast without drinking coffee, something that surprises MC until she tells her that since she is pregnant she shouldn't drink it) in a room that appears to be new (in the background of that image appears the railing of some stairs, ruling out that this is happening in the Heavens' house).
- Considering John's expression and the background of that image, I think that preview takes place in John's office in Magic Grand and that's when that piece of game code appears where he confesses to MC that he likes having Jenny (MC's mom) around.
- As for the preview showing Jenny apparently surprised by something that appears on her phone, most of us thought it was some dirty request from her new employer, but another possibility just occurred to me: what if she received some graphic proof of her only son's affair with Nicole Heavens? If that were really the case, I wouldn't be surprised at all if we'd be seeing one of the final screenshots of Part 15, which would probably end on that kind of cliffhanger.
- There will be at least two different scenes where Nicole pleases MC with her oral talents, since although it seems that the two have the same clothing in both, the lighting shown differs greatly and I highly doubt that the more illuminated scene is due to artificial lighting.
- Given MC and Nicole's outfits shown in the last previews where he receives first-hand the oral talents of our beloved Nicole, it is completely ruled out that any of those two scenes have any relation to the screenshot where the two appear kissing in the park.

I haven't given any thought that the first two teaser pics will be a party at Magic Grand. It is interesting. I thought the second teaser picture would be in a random house. Perhaps it's an open house because we don't see any staircase in the Magic Grand Building and the background looks like it takes place in a home.
I liked that you pointed out Nicole drinking wine. Perhaps you're right and that moment is exclusive if Nicole isn't pregnant because pregnant women can't drink. But if this scene does happen where Nicole is pregnant it will be a cute and gentleman scene where MC (US) reminds Nicole she can't drink.
Ohhhh that will be another gut-wrenching cliffhanger if that happens. Jenny sees proof of MC (US) having a romantic affair with Nicole that will be 2nd place to Part 11's cliffhanger ending.
I looked at the images again and you're right. Nicole and MC (US) are wearing the same attire in both scenes and I thought Nicole was wearing something different. But the next question is where are MC (US) and Nicole at in the first spicy sex scene teaser picture?

Maybe that's why Orb has fed us with those spicy screenshots. Maybe it's MC's chosen (and preferred) method of quenching Nicole's great thirst. After all, let's not forget Nicole's fondness for good alcohol, especially excellent wine, so she will need a strong substitute. If it is well loaded with proteins, it is doubly good for her and the life that is growing in her womb. After all, on the route where Nicole is pregnant, she must eat for two.
It's certainly a win-win situation for everyone.
Very true, and imagine what could happen next. In my opinion, I think two things would happen for sure:
- She and her husband would not look kindly on them at all and... would probably do everything in their power to end that taboo relationship, for the sake of their only son... and the possibility of saving her sister thanks to John's generous financial aid.
- She would think that Nicole Heavens is a slutty cougar who has corrupted her "poor" child... and come to think of it, the latter would be quite true since MC didn't notice Nicole until he was "corrupted" by her mesmerizing beauty when he secretly spied on her when he accidentally discovered her masturbating in the upstairs bathroom of her house.
