I played this game again after a while and... man the game has been in developt 5 years+ and feels like still no progress

the story hasn't progressed
the city, forest, roads, the maps in general haven't had a single change
the graphics neither
game still is 4:3
dev only add 3 or 5 scenes, little changes and call it an update
game have now a freezing bug of memory

Milking money, that's what's happening. After the first bit of story it became rather obvious that the maker didn't have a clear idea on where he wanted to go so he just jumped on Patreon polls to introduce irrelevant fetishes at the behest of a select few.
So basically he's being milking that since 3-4 years.

Oh boy... that's actually pandora's box that caused the current decline of the game. The introduction of voted-polled edge kinks seriously derailed any semblance of a story direction that the game ever had.

Although at this point, it might actually be the best direction of the game. Abandon any intention of a campaign story line and just make it a sandbox game full with unrelated sex encounters.
