I tried to recreate recruiting Priapra. After sending Sarah to Priapra's room in the brothel, spying on them, then walking back up and entering the room, there's a second Priapra standing there in front of the fireplace. When talking to her she'll say: "Sarah told me that you're planning on entering Silverfield". Then she says that she wants to come with you. Now you can say yes or no. Bam. Priapra recruited.

Is this after defeating the succubus ? Im having trouble recreating it
I got her in the brothel send her anne but after shes done fucking them i talk to her all she says " is their something i can help you with?" Please help

okay here is a catch,

you should not tell Priapra about anne - and I delayed talking to Priapra about Sarah until Victoria starts to recruit the girls, once gathering has started, DO NOT recruit anyone else - go straight to Priapra - sell Sarah (Sarah alone) - say that to Sarah - and when they are done fucking (obviously you are done peeking) go to Priapra and talk - THERE WILL BE A SECOND PRIAPRA spawned near fireplace ready to be recruited.

But, for me the problem I am encountering is,

done until females cunning quest - can't complete Goblin junkie and cannot unlock Pesky Goblins. The game is prompting to make priapra drink wine - I got the wine from outside - I don't know what I am missing exactly - any fellow helpers out there. (This game even though filled with bugs, is entertaining to play for some reason).
