I'm at the goblin town with bogwartz where Victoria has all the flashback etc i have 100% progression but i dont know what or were to go does the content end there?

So the latest quest says talk to five minatours outside the public, ive only been able to find four.. can anyone help ?
Above the lake, next to the whoring house, next to the old chapel, next to the goblin region in the slums, between mansion and whore camp in the slums. I guess the third one can hide behind the boss roof sometimes

Love the game, but there's one thing that makes it impossible to continue. I'm in the town, the first one, and I'm tired. My hunger is at 75 after eating my last apple. Now I'm stuck because I can't sleep because of the hunger, but no way to find food. this is mayor flaw in the game if you ask me. She should at least be able to find enough food to sleep and no, the carrots in the shop aren't there either. I recall there was a cheat to make her never go hungry, but I think that's been removed. So......I guess that's it for this game. :-(
