I played this game quite some time ago. And I have a question about it. But I have no idea if this fanbase is one of the more friendly or one of the more toxic ones when it comes to differences. So before I ask it I just want to say that any differing tastes, opinions, criticisms, or gripes that I may have with it are not meant as an attack, nor to offend any of the game's fans who feel differently, or the dev for that matter. If you like something that I don't, or I like something that you don't, or you disagree with me on anything, then that's fine, and also not meant as a slight against you.
That being said, there were parts of this game that I really liked, but unfortunately there were also a couple of aspects of it that I disliked so much that it killed virtually all of my interest in playing any more of it. But since it's been so long now, I just wanted to check and see if maybe anything has changed on those fronts.
Probably my biggest issue, and the one I care about the most, is does this game still basically remind and preach to the player every five minutes about the dangers of inbreeding, and how the women are going to eventually leave to be with other men so that they can continue the family line etc.? Incest and pregnancy are two big kinks of mine. I understand that not everyone will be into the latter, and that's fine. People who are not into the former are probably not playing this game anyway lol. Even if the dev is not into that and just doesn't want to do it, that's fine. It's their game, and I can go elsewhere to scratch that particular itch. Finding a way to just say "no pregnancies" in-game once is one thing, but the constant bashing and lecturing about it was just a huge boner-killer for me, and made it difficult for me to enjoy the other aspects such as incest, harem, lesbian, etc.
Also I feel that a "Because realism" argument falls flat here, since we're talking about a game where the protagonist is a 5' nothing 20 year-old who is still somehow a hardened ex-Spec Ops military veteran who also apparently has more money than a lot of small countries. "Realism" would be a weak argument here imo. One throwaway line about gene-splicing technology making it safe or anything else like that would be just as feasible as a lot of the other things in this game.
Speaking of the protagonist though, personally I thought that he was one of the most arrogant and self-righteous pricks I've ever come across in an adult game. The political commentary was another turn off, especially with how forced and eager it was. The exchange early on in the game about "libtards" and "republicunts" was just so cringe and eye-roll inducing that it nearly blinded me. It's just my own opinion, but you know those pictures of people drinking from mugs that say "Liberal Tears" or "Conservative Tears"? Yeah, I think they're both just as lame as the other, and that's there's already more than enough division these days without people being so glad or eager to antagonize and just throw more fuel onto the fire. If you're someone who liked it, then that's fine. But whether I'm one of many or literally the only person who finds that obnoxious, I just still wanted to mention it.
Back to the inbreeding topic though. As someone who finds it hot within the realm of kink and porn fantasy, I thought the in-game situation would have been salvageable or even cool if the protagonist, as the patriarch of the family or something, made a decision to say "You know what... Fuck this. I'm changing the rules. I don't care how long it's been a tradition." But I do seem to remember either the dev, or fans on behalf of the dev, being adamant in that there will never ever be any incest pregnancy in this game. Period. Of course that could have either been just simply true, or a red herring to throw people off for a surprise plot twist later on or something, which would be plausible. Only time would tell on that one. And since it has been some time now, I wanted to see if anything ever changed there. If it did, then I'd still like to start a new playthrough. Because despite my gripes that I had with it, there really was a lot that I did like in the game when I played. But if it's still getting drilled in-game over and over "No inbreeding and here's why etc etc!" then in that case I'd just rather not waste my time since it's clearly not for me.
Yes I know this comment was a novel, and I probably could have summed it up in a simple question within just a few sentences. But I did like (other parts) of the game enough back when I played to where I just cared enough to elaborate while also giving some feedback on it.

It's too damned hot to turn on my heater (i.e., start rendering an animation), and it's gonna get hotter until mid-week next week. Still, there's only 2-3 major animations to go, plus maybe 20 or so other renders. If I can keep the rendering speed where it is, then I can pose the scenes while it's too hot, and just slam the renders next week. Fingers crossed!

Today is a cool day of the week setting at 30.5°C (87°F) but it's been around 40°C (105°F). Not looking forward to next week with it being around around 40°C (105°F) if not hotter.
