All in all, the "rough period" is going to end on the 21st of September, after which I will be able to return to my usual work schedule.

For those who kept asking why I didn't say all of this before, my answer is that I think actions speak louder than words.

Even while writing this, I felt like I was just making a bunch of excuses, which is largely what they are. Because at the end of the day, none of this should matter to you; only the results do.


Finally, to answer the only question that matters: what happens now?


As I stated before, I will resume work at the original pace starting September 21st, and Patreon will be paused until I release the next update.


This will help me not stress as much over this.

i know it's hard to believe in the world we're living in, but i'll let you know that some people are actually still trust-worthy, men of words. It's not that impossible to find, i swear.

I'll pretend that you're acting like that because Bo and friends did irreparable damage to your cortex, but still,
the people who had the audacity to complain after this extended disappearance had only one thing to complain about, which seems to be achievable without too much effort, a simple sentence, five words are enough, on the platform of one's choice, to NOTIFY of any absence, will to take a break, to stop, to do something else or what do I know.
Is it to be considered as monsters to ask such a thing in a society of such fragile people?
Zen work is amazing, i was one of his first support, yes he can take as much time as he wants, but there is no need to act like wimps the second a justified criticism is raised.

Pretty sure you were the first (only) one to accuse him of milking the supporters, though.
The way I see it, both your stance and these guys' stance on the matter represent the extremes.
Being too lenient vs being too fast at jumping the gun.

No i am not alone, and you're too new on this thread to see that i was among the first but i'll forgive you.
Asking for 5 words before vanishing is not "jumping the gun" young weakling.

I've been following this thread for a while, it's true you weren't alone in complaining about the lack of communication, but you were the first to question the dev's intentions.

Look man, no offense, but a dev giving you those 5 words you want only serves to satisfy your porn addiction, those words mean nothing for the rest of us and I much prefer coming back to a thread every few weeks to see an update instead of the millionth time a dev says 'real life stuff' just to tease people like yourself.

This of course doesn't apply to devs who promise monthly stuff and then go silent, but Zenkuro said there will be silence and I respect that and enjoy it. Also, I would maybe understand if supporters were annoyed, but this is a pirating website, and you wanting the dev to change their approach for you on a site like this is just...
