Animations?
Only one that can't be taken seriously.
Pity.
With some nice animations i would rate this game as good to very good.
I like lewd games with plenty of action.
But the clickfest it is now ruins it for me.
Nothing more than mediocre for now.
Well, in my case, I don't give a fuck about animations. So, having no animations is actually a bonus. I don't need mediocre animations, I use my brain. Animations in VNs can be only mediocre, because good animations take weeks or months of work and perfect knowlege of professional dedicated software like Blender or Maya. Nobody does that.
So, better concentrate on other aspects while developing: high quality static images, dialogues, eroticism and plot. Keep in mind there will always be someone complaining for something.
Castis I've also seen this VN is almost 800 MB, but you say it's very short. So probably you should learn to save the images in the right format for photographic-like renderings, that currently are Jpeg (with Mozjpeg encoder) or Webp. You don't loose any detail with those, you can save in uncompressed format or compressed at high quality level, you won't notice a difference. But the files will be much smaller.
I have not played it but from the previews the renderings looks really well done, the scenes light is excellent already better than many experienced and famous developers. In the picture the female seems to have some issues with the tongue and lips.
