So, is anyone really willing to pick up from where the developer left? Back a few pages ago someone said it was studying the code. I guess not having the original assets also is a big showstopper... (not to mention nobody really knows what the developed had in mind for the story...)

And I have a question. Has TLG ever explicitly stated that they are not the publisher of the game on Steam? Have they directly warned people to be careful because they were not the ones who released it on Steam?
Honestly, I already consider TLG a scammer for abandoning the game midway. Even just days before the planned release date, they were still showing teaser images of Chapter 6 and receiving support from backers, only to suddenly disappear. To me, that alone is already enough to call it a scam.
It's even possible that they secretly released the game on Steam while pretending it wasn't them.
Patreon support is charity and not a purchase? I disagree.
I supported him because he said Chapter 6 would be released soon and even announced a release date.
But less than a week after I pledged, he suddenly disappeared. And now people are saying he did the right thing just because he turned off payments?
Then he should refund those who supported him that month specifically to play Chapter 6. If he hadn’t announced the release date, I wouldn’t have supported him in the first place.

That has been out for years, I reviewed it years ago. Anyone buying that is looking to get scammed, even though I feel it presents at least ONE canon ending to the series.

After so many years of following this game, I still couldn't resist and decided to try it! Despite the fact that I don't often play abandoned games.
The style and graphics remind me of the game <GoH>, so far I like the beginning. Will continue to enjoy!

Disputes between devs happen very often, it reminds me a bit of Towergirls Conquest, after the artist filed a complaint, "He didn't know that his work was used for a game." while, according to the main dev of the game, it's was clearly stated in the contract. Development was able to resume after more than a year of suspension and trial.
If the game was really stolen, why so little communication from the Patreon dev, he came back in 2023 to say "it's not me, don't take it.", and poof.
It's one of the shortest defenses I've seen in my entire life, some take it literally, for a guy who left Patreon exactly in the same way, poof.
Maybe we'll see news with the new AOA: Christmas release, annou... Poof. I'm gone.

Finished 1-2 chapters. To be honest I'm not a big fan of drama games or anything like heavy stories...
but this game really makes you immerse yourself in the story along with the excitement, I like it so far!
As for LI, so far I like Jenny and Ash, although I still mostly prefer Jenny...
It's too early to talk about all of them, but each character is good and intriguing in their own way.

*sigh*.... I would never have thought that I would bombing because of an NPC, that I even wanted to hit Adam through the phone screen!
But seriously, I finally finished the game. I would say it was a pretty interesting story driven game, of course I wouldn't say it's the best or worst as there are some flaws but it was pretty intriguing!
It's a pity that such a potential game has been abandoned, but nothing can be done... I liked Jenny the most of all the girls, and then Ash, although both girls were interesting and cute in their own way
I also like Rebecca a little, to tell the truth, each character had a lot of potential that could have been revealed, but alas...
