Not even close to what happened.
It was abandoned long before it went on steam.
And when it went on steam the dev returned here to say don't buy it, I didn't put it there.
Well, someone put it on Steam for money, and presumably persuaded Steam that they have the right to do so, but the corresponding user here has posted to say that the Steam version isn't their doing, and the Steam version has been up incomplete for a long time.
One plausible theory is that TLG Games were a co-operation between two or more people, who split, with the Steam uploader and the forum member being on different sides of the divide.

I wish this wouldn't ping who I quote, but I just had this issue.
The fix was to ask the dean about herself, not any other dialogue.
If this deeply divided world can agree on one thing, it's that we all want to see gorgeous women marred by supremely trashy aesthetics.
I check back about once every 9-12 months. A guy can hope, can't be???
