Never say never, but it seems that there wasn't just a loss of interest by the dev, but a schism within the dev team, so it seems like there's not going to be an official continuation for the foreseeable future.

Guys, thank you for your opinions.
I just wanted to let you know that while you are of course totally free to express yourself, you are not helping the people who like creating fan content for the game stay motivated. I realize you probably don't care because it doesn't mean anything to you, but unless you're hoping TLG will return and become triggered enough to start development again, the expression solely served to discourage the fans who are motivated to try a few things.

We actually had a message from TLG here and it was the most confusing slap-in-the-face I've ever seen on this forum, aside from 4 Years of Tehran. If the fans achieve something that looks like a fanfic game, it should definitely belong in it's own thread. But for now, until TLG feels like returning to the game if he ever does, let the fans who do want to build stay motivated, okay?

Just my two cents, it's perfectly okay to not agree with me.
I just feel that for a game to be abandoned so hard and for years, seeing people come and dip in this thread, it's cool that people are actually making an effort to try a few things.

Unfortunately that looks absolutely nothing like OG Vicky, but props for trying. As a whole all of the original characters had a... softer.. look that what you are going for so far.

apprectiate the feedback, I hear what you are saying. I think TLG really mastered the lighting and rendering in the game. Which gave it that nice soft look. When I get to that stage I will do my best to replicate what they did and it will hopefully meet your expectations.

Tis sad indeed, if the devs were around they could provide me all the missing pieces to the puzzle on creating this game! but alas, I can only do my best to replicate what I can, and what kind of ending do you think will do it justice? I'd love to hear your input :)

Vicky is really great. I just love how she's a wolf in sheep's clothing. She looks like a good girl, but when she's in danger, she fights with such charisma! :giggle:
