Well you got the art talent and if you got the programming skills that is 2/3 of what you need to start your own project... LOL! maybe even call the game "ItsNotUs"

...but serious you would just need a workable project like "A perfect Marriage" or some other knitch that gains a serious following.

Thereafter it comes down to a working business model. If you keep the product of a high quality and avoid many of the pitfalls of the industry itself, it might even lead to a serious studio that has real profits worth making it a business. And in there lays the main problem of the industry, size, scale, funding, and staffing. Each with a solution of their own:

SIZE--number of titles under development
SCALE--turnaround time of each project
FUNDING--has its own fix with the above two items covered
Staffing--artist and programmers with good writer(s) and one financial admin

The only thing to keep in mind is having something that is less like work and more like fun. And that is where whatever knitches you decide to tackle helps a lot
Attractive art and depicting a popular story is 90% of making a financially successful H game because the games that earn the most look good but usually release slowly, teasingly, and with bugs.

I would hope consistency in regular communications and substantial updates are important. But they're not. They make you more liked but not more paid.

Targeting a niche is not a good idea - it's just less paying audience - unless you know there are a small amount of people who want to pay a lot for that niche content.

Staffing - no, you don't need a financial admin to make a game. Attractive art, good story, acceptable programming. It's worth learning about games marketing or hiring someone to do that, but only after you want to pay them a budget in the thousands.

A Perfect Marriage has really attractive art (protagonist) and an engaging story. That's what built the primary core of paying customers (and the secondary non-paying fans, who probably won't convert to paying but promote the game). The releases are slow but satisfying and surprisingly bug free.

I would encourage anyone who can make attractive art to try making a game if they want to make money.

I quote your words.
And I dont like APM because the story has always this “fog” of drama that put to zero the arousing.

east block think developer work hard and use everything to create game that satisfied everyone
but something missing
he even add fake anna in game
bandicam 2024-12-31 02-55-19-026.jpg
first he put every story he want in this game
also maybe wife character
bandicam 2024-12-31 02-56-04-350.jpg
if he create real wife maybe not teenage will give story deep
and also not everyone want jump from sex to sex no reason
but he try hard i think deserve support he not make fan pay for teas and give long action with lot even lezbian i not like

for mr palmer
i agree with one thing flash back
is too much wast art and no need delay game he loss lot time to create her father drama
i think ok she have daddy issue ...move on in story no need cry baby show her past
but other that is good even with slow burn if he relase after two month we ok
but 4 month 5 month is not normal no excuse

I would hope consistency in regular communications and substantial updates are important. But they're not. They make you more liked but not more paid. Well you are hitting on marketing and product release. Now, honestly it really depends on the 'crew' where communication matters. If you are consistent, yes it does help getting paid... now it's not a simple formula; there are plenty pitfalls and no matter what level of communication, marketing and release times will fix-- otherwise everybody would be doing it.

Targeting a niche is not a good idea - it's just less paying audience - unless you know there are a small amount of people who want to pay a lot for that niche content. Oh boy where to start? Let's just simply say not everyone is into everything that can be put into a game. So yes you do have to find a niche that is popular enough that pays. Simply put NTR is not everyone's cup of tea... nor is Chicks-with-dicks, or etc... etc. Some people love medieval fantasy, others are not. The adult gaming industry, like all other industry is like a pie; your market share of that industry is your market share of it. And yes--you are 100% correct. Too narrowly focused in small market share is a recipe for failure. It's a fact because "A Perfect Marriage" has NTR, there are people who will not play it no matter how good it is.

Staffing - no, you don't need a financial admin to make a game. Attractive art, good story, acceptable programming. It's worth learning about games marketing or hiring someone to do that, but only after you want to pay them a budget in the thousands. Oh...really? Every heard of taxes? In the states it's not a bad idea to know how to file and pay taxes or how a 1099 works (simplest forum to use but limited in application) and that doesn't include local state taxes--while some governments want to know if you have financial activities in other countries. Just as an example regardless of what 1040 forum you are using, you have to report you have money outside the US and how much. And that is just the tip of the iceberg.

But you're right the more people in your group who can wear different hats, the better off you are.

A Perfect Marriage has really attractive art (protagonist) and an engaging story. That's what built the primary core of paying customers (and the secondary non-paying fans, who probably won't convert to paying but promote the game). The releases are slow but satisfying and surprisingly bug free. Totally spot on! It's a great game. Mr. Palmer has hit the ball out of the park in an area where there are some many games with cheating, NTR and etc. Even better it's just not some run of the mill game of an angry wife on the verge of cheating but a game with OLD FOSSILS who might be one of Anna's lovers. I'll wager a large majority of the audience wants to see how Mr. Palmer pulls that plot off. But damn you are 100% correct about Mr. Palmer's characters. We the audience are invested in their outcomes. That in writing circles is a success. From here on, its Mr. Palmer's to lose or continue with success.

I would encourage anyone who can make attractive art to try making a game if they want to make money. So do I and why I made my comments encouraging ItsNotus to go for it.

FYI... take a guess what my career specializes in.
*hint: Before this current job I was a credit manager, Escrow Account Manager prior to that

I am assuming you are US. I laugh cause that 1099 is a bitch. You have to pay the taxes on 1099 out of pocket and if you have a taxable job its even worse.

Happy New Year Eve to everyone. I hope Ana will get fucked in version 2025 lol chances are low as corrupting her slowly is time taking with several characters storyline. I just hope after 3 years of tease fest 2022,23,24.. Ana will start giving in to her desire completely upto the sex and not just limited to HJ/BJ/groping and show some naughtiness trend in few character storyline beside just dialogues exchange.

Well these are just hope lol...Idk in reality how many years more we do have to wait for this to happen lol...Anyways once again Happy New year eve to everyone.
