I'm not sure what VN Clara is from but I think this VN does a decent job of giving Anna reason to "step out". It's not that she's always been some secret skank or had fought for years to hide her slutty side and finally breaks bad. Anna sees her husband kissing another woman. She finds physical evidence of it (even if planted). Whether it's a setup or not she has fair reason to think she has been cheated on, IMO.
A lot of adult VNs don't even give the reader that much. There is just a wife or GF that starts riding every dick she sees, lol. I bring up AWAM a lot because it has so much potential while also being dogshit and in that Sophia goes from a normal housewife to a jacking off every man she meets for literally no reason in less than 20 days, lol. I joke that there must be a sexual voodoo doll or something in the basement of that new house. It's nonsense.
Here you at least get a female MC that has reason to start down the path, even if it would be more normal to talk it out with your husband lmao. Though, this story does technically give the player that but nobody wants that. Maybe 1 in 100,000 readers would choose the "nothing happens" route.
Anna's plot pacing may become a bit of a problem though. That is starting to concern me.

I think this patch threw away the chance of being a serious realistic NTR game, like My Husband Boss or Lisa.
Having an old man kick out a 2 meter tall basket player, coming out as a hero and having the FMC give an old man a handjob to satisfy an old man's fetish player is the most unrealistic and forced thing possible. and jake's route is bad because it doesn't stop Marvin from having fun with her, and game even makes her drink like a dumb. terrible patch with terrible story decisions, but what can we do? we are just a player

Wrong earlier she talks about her college days and she makes it sound like she was a hoe. And her wanting to step out over the kiss and panties is one thing but hooking up with husbands best friend, then with basically every dude at her office. I don't know that seems a little over kill, that'd be like you letting a shopping cart go and it rolled over and hit my car and rhen I turn around and throw a grenade in yours.

The developer likes ugly bastards a lot and puts everything else on the backburner. Not much you can do.
I mean its not like Anna was pure and holy before meeting David, she always has a thing for Old Ugly Bastards, and even when you play the pure route she still questions her love for husband, but still I would like to see the reaction when she has fucked every bastard and then David proves his innocence. I would hate to see David going Hutch(MHB) path, don't make his cuck, betrayed is enough.
Also I personally hate Chris path, its hurts most when your friend backstabs you('Et tu Brute' moment FR)

One cannot avoid Marvin David can be loyal based on our choices but Anna she's already a slut atleast as much I know you can't avoid him.
Great game so far. Would love to see an ending where David catches Anna cheating and divorces her taking full custody.

The first two parts were comprehensive, they carried meaning and interest. But MP had problems how to move on to the third part and how to introduce sex into the game. There was a lot of criticism that for two years we hadn't even seen Anna naked and now here you go BUM naked Anna jerking off Chris in the shower...

Honestly the update wasn't that bad. Things are ramping up and Anna is getting more frisky. Now what is bad is Palmer being slow on the work and when called out on it has a mini meltdown. Hopefully things get better and updates go back to being more consistent.

I didn't miss it, it's all readable, it's not hard to predict Kendra's actions! What's interesting? This situation was a setup from the very beginning! But it's played out so that only a mentally deficient person can believe in it!
