I think it's more like when her tits are full of milk vs when the are not.

It's a good idea in general
However... this game relies on situations, timing, and progression... Just having a nipple nibble and breaking out the cookies to go with the milk as an event doesn't fit the overall themes and plots of the game. Just meaning there has to be some context to the that event. The problem of making that work is one of Anna's character/backgrounds and that of Marvin. Anna comes from a white-collar world, Marvin blue. And there is the age difference as well as education.
One way to make that kind of scene work is for Marvin being willing to show Anna part lower class society and Anna agrees. Sure, the old trope of going bowling maybe... or going to play pool in a rough neighborhood. In such a setting a little history could be developed maybe like Anna finds out Marvin out of high school joined the navy (giving Anna a little more respect for Marvin). Maybe Anna gets a little reliving of her earliest college days when her and her friends would go to "scary" bars and what not...
The main problem between Anna and Marvin now is an in balance of power. Unless somehow Anna finds it thrilling that a dirty old man is hitting on her (yes... it's a thing), there needs to be a path to where there can be any kind of Anna/Marvin relationship

Hnstly as I've said many times it's very rare that a scene involving old farts would turn out to be good in my opinion...
Cuz they're not sexually appealing and they're ugly af and stinky nd i dnt care what social background he might have aside from using it to make the story have some eroticism around the developing kinks of characters...

It has to be a special case by case. Now Hank has a plausible path just because he's her boss and basically "grooming" her more training her to replace him some day. Hank's case is one of position and power... but there are other factors. The whole Hank/Anna path has so many ways it can go:
A) Gross path where a helpless feeling Anna feels she has to endure it
B) Reluctant path where Anna doesn't want Hank's attentions, but her body and desire betrays her
C) Emotional mess path because Anna has so many daddy issues, too easily aroused that she is confused about it all
D) Any of the above or... etc.

Every game, story, plot isn't totally perfect... if it was then there would be once a year releases. I can't think of a better game out there then AMP
