It is possible for the corners of the eyes to be black even if the hair is natural white, as the development of hair and eyebrow color is a separate process. Melanin production: Melanin is the pigment that gives hair and eyebrows their color. In some cases, people may dye their eyebrows to keep them darker.

There’s this mix of guilt, curiosity, and maybe even relief in finally crossing a line she’s been resisting for so long.
