Tried to play the faithful path, because at least the main antagonist being a woman felt a bit like a "breath of fresh air" in the genre, I guess. That wore off as the story went by and, frankly, not even in the most saint path do I see a believable good ending for the couple. Even if all the truth comes out, and FMC reflects on all her mistakes, the trust that supposedly existed between one another has been so utterly trashed that their marriage doesn't really make much sense, anymore.
If the dev had a faithful/good ending in mind, the couple should've been working together on uncovering what was going on, after MC was so adamant on the fact that nothing had happened. That would've strengthened their bond, even after putting it to test like this. At this point, though, it feels like it's already way too late for that, and that trust is ruined.
There will be a good ending, because why in the statistics "Anna wants to remain faithful to David, and She want this marriage to succeed
