The author seems to be distributing the bronze level now. That is, the group of people paying the least money. He also divided the last update into two parts.

There will be two routes in that
One is Anna willingly cheats with others irrespective of whether David cheated or not.
Second will be Anna blackmailed by others to have sex with them. This will be similar to NTR.

I just played the latest update, I can't understand all the hate that it received, I agree with the developer, it was a nice setting the table for the weekend.
ROB - We all know that Anna is vulnerable right now but her inner suppressed slut is leaking out, she is up for grabs to the Chad that makes the move when the right scenario presents itself.
As she admits to Rob it would have heated up between them if he'd gotten his way with the massage, so the fact that she rejects, which adds to the suspence. This tells us that the developer has plans for Rob during the poker night. Possible scenario,
1. Anna text Rob to confirm that she will be there
2. Robs text the rest of the lads and cancel the poker night.
3. Anna arrives, Rob claims the lads pulled out. Rob invites Anna inn, applys her with drink and get her all emotional talking about her and David. Rob takes her to his bedroom for a relaxing massage that turns naughty.
CHRIS - meets Anna and David at the club,
1. gets them both drunk, but he makes sure David is really out of it,
2. Chris stirs the shit between Anna and David causing an argument to break out, all three head back to Anna's.
3. Chris helps David to bed in the spare room.
4. He then heads to Anna's room to console her, and hits the jackpot. They spend the night together, Chris gets up early and let's on to have slept on the sofa as Anna makes breakfast will Chris's jizz leaking down her leg

There will be three paths, not two. This has been confirmed by the author and MP.
1. David will be faithful, maybe Jake, but no one else will be on this path anymore. David and Anna will have more children.
2. Anna is insecure and can act slutty; she may or may not cheat. All characters will participate in this path. Anna cheats, David forgives her, and they go to therapy together.. David and Anna will have more children. Or Anna has children with someone else
3. The slut path will involve all characters except David.

But the penguin (Hank) knows the old fox (Grant). So I think it might not help Anna, and might even hurt her, if they agreed to have sex with Anna.
This game is only about setting the table rather serving the dish.
He will set tables for all antagonist. If you're hoping that dish will be served on weekend storyline, wait for Saturday update where MP might prove it wrong. He'll set table for Daddy Hank.
He mentioned nothing will happen on poker night too. So it will be table setting next update too.
We might get served from next week storyline or Sunday night at the earliest I guess.
