Giving Lunch seems to trigger time to go forward, but so does spending time with a secretary, yet other actions that aren't some form of shoot don't. So Brothel sex training doesn't, going to lunch with girlfriend, strip show, spending time with any girl outside, etc. Might want to make it a bit more normalized.

Yeah, it's has been there for 19 days by now. Like I wrote earlier, it should have the newest version just like the wording is in the OP. Whoever that updated the OP to 1.28.1 didn't mirror the new version to other file sharing platforms than Mega. The wording in the OP lets us know that the version 1.28.1 is downloadable from all four sites.
