Yes choices lead you to different endings and no you can access the endings even while playing just Harry POV you just don't see what happens behind the curtains.
Btw this game even tells you what choices lead to what endings if you look at the extra section

0/10 for me.First time playing things like this.Unistalled after a couple H scene,not because its bad.The story is just so sad man i dont even want to see this again.Its great for someone who can handle ntr but im certain i still cant.i can feel my heart thumping when i played this (fr)
Well you can't really grade a ntr game if you don't like ntr. This one is especially harsh, so its understandable that you'd hate it. But there are hidden "good" endings if you though it up. Could always just watch the ending scenes with the unlock feature.

Well yeah,i'd said i'll be good if the player like ntr,but.Even if there's a good ending.Laura(i think thats her name) didnt get a real choice to deny Luca.She's so submissive that even Harry didn't have a choice to really persuade her (HARRY SO DUMB BRO DIDNT GET ANY CLUE TILL THE END).But i didnt get the "good" ending so idk.Even when i played harry i tried to reject Aya,but its for nothing.
you can use joiplay and install the plugin that is on the same page for renpy. i did that and go smooth
In other news, i am starting to fucking hate harry. Laura was kinda lost from the begining, but that man doesn't do shit.
