On the phone it should show their activation, do you see what it show ?
there is a lil bug when enabled from menu else I'll prob ask you to send me your save to check if everything is good there.

Yes it's something I'm fixing because before there was a the issue between, work in progress task, and doable one I added the system and keep improving it to be perfect and show what is doable or not, but some quests was forgotten and it happened to show the task but players was unable to do it as it's not ready yet.
I keep working on improving it.
And about the guide honestly so far if I release one, in the next update it will be invalid.
At the beginning of the game I was all new in programming and renpy game development, my code was an ugly big mess even thought player didn't noticed, it was totally archaic.
Since I got better in I started to make it cleaner( mainly for me and futures updates, because, before when I needed to add new content, I had to edit stuff that was creating bugs (like have 3 relation with brent to start a task then because the next update wouldn't allow it i had to add something to raise to 4 then lower it back and some time people was stuck in the middle and the game just ignored them).
Since the last versions I'm correcting all theses storylines ( like you noticed some story who has been resetted) to not have to change anything in after but so far it remains a lot of work to do at this level, it's why I had started a guide but when testing the path I noticed some issues annoying for the players and fixed them and that lead to me redoing some story lines to have clean version.
For exemple in the actual patreon version mister hall story is no longer a labyrinth than only a few people manage to find, once discovered it work correctly and show in task system without make you try to guess where to go next.
But there still a couple of things to consolidate before I can finally release a guide, so I'm sorry to not be able to release one for now.

Sorry, stupid question, how do you progress 'get ready in your room' on Day 1? I clicked on every interactable, I can't leave the house or even go back to my room after I exit.

What twins the Ross ? If yes it's starting if you mean Adolphus and Randulphus it's unlikely considering the story is about James
I'm blocked here also. Clock shows 2:25. Soaking in the hot tub with naked brother. Go inside, visited the Home Theater with both of us naked. Go to Bedroom then Wardrobe to dress. The image looks like I am dressed, but clicking around doesn't appear to change anything. Leave bedroom, go Downstairs, Outside, Leave the House and 'I have to go get ready in my room.'
Go back inside via Living Room, Upstairs. The only options are Library, Home Theater and Go Downstairs. Can't get back to the bedroom. (Library is uninteresting, Home Theater is empty.) Locked in a loop at this point.
Attaching a save file if that's helpful.
Propose we just go to school naked.

Ok I see it seem you went thought a bug, that doesn't happen when Brent's route is active, I'll correct that and release a fix.
If you want to go thought you can just restart and allow Brent, else I'll make this part more robust in the fix to avoid issues like this. But it will take some time before I release it ( I need to readjust the whole part).

, but I should release that fix soon, I remade the beginning part but still doing tests to be sure nothing else is affected because intro was like I was saying in a previous message, totally archaic in code so I had to find each part and put them as a single one and had to fix some of the stuff that was unlocked by the intro ( like you can see on first interactive screen, options appear one by one until you did it and the whole house is accessible).how do you interact with Adolphus at the canteen? I tried several times (in the right time interval) but I can't see a way

Some secret routes like one with mister Hall that's not in game yet , or again Adolphus one, another happen in Euphoria with a guy you see quickly if you aren't patreon, but more happen. They aren't the most important for the game but mainly to thanks the patreon to support the game as they allow me to pay some assets and allowing me to make the game bigger with more stories characters and environments.
