Incest is a crime, but the story of incest is not a crime. Killing people is a crime, but games where you can kill are not. It's just Patreon policy. The solution is simple - allow the player to enter a relationship or make a patch.
well dont give up keep to the incest even though people say it is illegal but hell so is alot of other kinks as well such as beastiality but no one seems to give two fucks but anyways ignore them continue doing what you do except maybe strip out the parts of that elude to incest and make a incest patch like others do to get around the rule of theirs ? or you could do like others and at the very beginning allow for us players to choose the relations between the characters that way it keeps the integrity of your story intact without having to make a patch . so don't give up keep at it keep at it and put your shit out their on other sites that other people have mentioned .
I saw many developers dumped patreon recently and migrated to subscribestar for that reason. They don't make (for now) such a fuzz about incest. The question is why now? It could have something about enforcing some laws or/and they try to become "clean" and try to do they business without pornography.

again if you read this try and make a patch that enables incest or redo the beginning or add it in to the game were you can set the relationships(blood relatives and such) between the family just like everyone else does if you want to stay on patreons good side and keep that route and all it will be the only way you will be able to continue to keep your story alive without otherwise changing it . or you can take a radical approach and try to self publish and self promote for money if that is possible and bypass all that BS but i would stick to what i said before either patch the game(s) or add it into the game were they can be changed between family members like option to enable disable bullshit thus swapping out the names from their actual names or "landlady" "landlord" etc to mom .sis ,bro,dad etc and move on and focus on continuing the game
