Thanks, I just tried the event and it works fine for me, but the messages you posted definitely look like there is a bug somewhere. I am just unsure where it is coming from

Did you use the cheat menu and try to charm Emily? She is in an invalid charm state, it could be done using the cheat menu but I am fairly sure it is impossible otherwise. To fix,
- exit Town Hall
- open the cheat menu, select View People, locate Emily
- click the link 'Charm them' leaving the edit box next to it empty
- return to the Mayor and the link will work now

Other than the new charmables like the Aunt or a random secretary, was there any actual story changes to the murder path because it seems like most of the changes, per changelogs, happened on Apprentice Path(s)

There are no story changes on any path in this release. The main focus was Elian and Aunt Brandi. The others were just being copied over from the standalone mod

Bug: Mother Superior and Sophia can see you while invisible (apprentice path).

Story inconsistency: If you acquire the vase via night robbery (pass into the museum and take it) there is still a legal case against you you need to resolve as part of Gina's story. This makes no sense as if you did it at night you were not caught or arrested. Also if you do this I think Mrs. Granger partially locks up, as she does nothing for the rest of the game but stay at her house but the notes still talk about needing to have her do things.

There are a number of issues with the notes not updating/updating oddly.

Davy: multiple lines never cross out to show completion, even though later ones do.

Kurndorf: never show completion

Miss Logan: crosses out her name instead of the task.

Sofia: You cannot ask for help at the church (may be related to Mother Superior being locked out due to 1 choice earlier in the game).

Brandi: "Aunt Brandi is exceptionally String[sic] Willed" does not cross out.

Elian: "I survived meeting Elian this time" leaves not clue as to how to proceed.

BTW it would be super cool if you could actually acquire Kurndorf's fake "take over the town" spell. It could make a dome over the town where one side is sexual and the other isn't (cool scene if we ever get to the other town where as you leave suddenly everyone is clothed again) so the whole "we have to be subtle" thing isn't needed.

For this one it is because his story is not complete. He is merely imprisoned in a different place, the soul bound crystal.

There have been some discussions about a final resolution here and a story outline but nothing yet implemented

You've completed the parts that are shown in the notes, so it should cross them out for "he's imprisoned in the crystal" or something to show the current state as it does for others.

I'm confused on how to do the final challenge with Elian

The change were the aunt , gym , amy ross , town hall HR , more bondage scenes , and more to the ending for a start.

I don't know if anyone else has had this happen, but I've had two instances of the Didi introduction overlapping over the ICU nurse intro, locking me out of the ICU nurse. The pop-up comes up after choosing what color hair you see in the pool. This is my third playthrough in this update. It didn't happen the first time. Not sure what I did differently these times, though.

Edit: Added two saves. One just prior to talking to Bambi to ask if anything new is happening, and one just after it doubles up.

Edit2: From the "Before" save, you can work around it by visiting the pool first for the "A New View" popup, then going to Bambi to ask if there's anything new going on.

Once you survive more events will open up later once you meet a familiar girl at the Avernus club
