The game is version 14.15d, the bologna stand alone mod is based off the old version 14.8.4
The wiki you are checking may be badly out of date but I am not sure I do not know the site or am involved in it.

Not in the game now. Two characters can be currently but it is difficult to source images, porn scenes focus on the female participants.
A mod could be developed doing this change if you could find the needed images
any news on next release not trying to rush just checking in as i have completed all current content

This is discussed in the walkthrough, but you need to talk to someone expert in demons before trying to visit Elian, and you should have a magical defence, Gina's necklace, Pamela's bracelt, Alison's chant etc
