Oh no thats not so good to hear. Your health comes first. Be sure to be completly healed before doing anything heavy. @Camcleod42

actually there is a path where Miss Logan will arrange people to breed you so males or futanari transformed characters and you can meet with them to be bred. But there is no followup or scenes in the end game

Slowly recovering, still not back to work full time (or really working on the game much)
Just been doing some image edits for the alternate model for Dr Kay in the bologna mod to move her into the main game but not much else

Additionally moving the alternate model for Dr Kay from the bologna mod(Dillion Carter) and will also improve her events

Status
Given the slow recovery from my accident (I am still only working from home limited time) I am going to lessen the next release so one gets out in the nearish future and do another later. So instead it will just have
- bug fixes
- some map changes like adding a new alley to try and reduce some clicks walking around
- some of the Julia/Ms Charles bits
- make some one-off events repeatable
- new alternate model for Dr Tina Kay (done)
- revised charm/uncharmed scenes for Dr Kay to match the original intention, so
a) your initial charm will fail due to a limited defence she has BUT she offers herself to you either charmed or uncharmed.
b) All actions will be available charmed or uncharmed after the initial offer OR trying to charm her
c) you can charm her at the school or hospital if you wish to do this
d) in the initial school charm ONLY there is a 'push' option this will be a charm her as a slave and bypasses her offers
e) otherwise charmed she will be treated as a lover/slut sort of charm, no control of the process due to the limited defense
Ideally there should be scenes with Catherine and for her working at the club. Unfortunately I can see no scenes with Jayden Jaymes, and the models have very limited club sort of scenes

You may wish to report it, this is after all uploaded by the uploader here, I have no reports from my uploads of the game
BUT
it is almost certainly a false positive, especially if it is referring to a .js file. Windows Defender regularly reports js files incorrectly.
What is the particular report, what file or files is reported?
I tried it through the Pixeldrain link first and that one worked without setting off the Firefox Malware Detection. The GoFile link got denied before it ever finished downloading so I do not have a specific file that was flagged.
So if you avoid the GoFile link it all works stellar. Love the game so far.
