So when doing Verena Questline, if we don't tell Rodheric about the relationship does he never knows ?
What happens if we want to keep Verena to ourselves but we don't change the Wine with Cumwine ?

pretty sure it would lead to Verena and Rhoderic rekindling their relationship and you'd either have to wait for him to visit the cult or give him sleepwine again to fuck Verena in the bedroom
