Unless you know how this works in the future I stay with what the dev said when asked.
There where other Updates before when the Action to corrupt the girls instantly would set you onto the NTR path/corruption path rather then the Love/corruption path. Never consider the game to go the fast and easy way, you'll likely be unhappy down the road.

Ok...Kate's A/C= 40/23 Claire 20/20.
Zamens Alingment is 53 (Don't know if it makes a difference but I don't think so)
Just keep giving Kate cumwine to raise her corruption and get Claire up to 20/20
Keep doing the serving game until you get a prompt to give Kate a drink at the table. Then that night I had to take her to my room. (Sex in her room didn't trigger)
Next night...Bingo. You might have to wait a day without touching Claire to let her get horny
A few things for you to try. Peel potatoes twice before you give them to Claire (It'll change after this scene)
Let Claire check that Kate is asleep, some options were not showing up there either.
Ask Claire to "Talk in private" while she's talking to Verena.
Yup raising alignment worked.
I can confirm that the MC needs atleast 53 alignment for the convince her option to pop up.

It depends on how you play: If you cheat, don't really read and skip texts just following the WT about 8-14 hours.
If you actually try and play it like a normal game, explore options, read the texts and enjoy yourself with it (what you effortlessly can in this game) at least 40 hours. (I dillidallyed around a lot, trying things out and see some possible choices leading to around 60 hours).
I didn't miss many scenes, as I partly did the sharing/"NTR"-choices, too. But they aren't that worth the effort. The vanilla scenes with the MC alone are far more fleshed out.

From what I read around, the NTR path is only active if you help Syfa liberate the male demon.
If you do the beginning of the Syfa path but make sure that the ritual succeeds then there shouldn't be any NTR.
That being said, I didn't look into the code so I might be wrong, but if thats the case then it's a very poor design choice from Chyos.
In any case, I would advise everyone to progress as much as possible with every character without making the important choices (Liandra path, princess path, Anya path, monastery path...) and making a separate save before continuing with those.

So we are getting Bianca & Gavina content ,Are we going to restore the mine and the buildings on the outside and take over it completely?
I love when we use materials and restore things and they slowly take shape over time and looks all neat and clean,
And are we going to get new preggos and named babies?
Although I hope we could buy the land n the mill , but it seems like we can only rent for now, I really wanted to buy penny's farmland and the new mill land and let her think it was barons and let her pay for it or just have all the land under our name and tell her she doesnt need to pay taxes at all now.

Bonus Scene Ophilia (0.5.8.7)
Good evening,
it's gotten again late, but now Ophilia's scene is finally done!
This one has really cost me some nerves. Kate's drinking event needed several changes for this scene to properly work. I have also been working on an additional scene with Rick & Ophilia that originally wasn't planned - But during my work on the scene I decided that without it something would be missing in the buildup, so I added it. To trigger the new content you have to play Kate's serving game in the tavern. If Ophilia is serving there as well and the MC has progressed with her up to the current end of her story. You can call her over for a drink, Rick or the MC can then pay and give her a tip - For Rick this will require some getting to know before she sits down (not possible in ntr off mode). If she sits with the MC and Rick until the end of the evening she will be drunk and either the MC or MC & Rick will have to bring her upstairs.
A little bit of progressing is necessary to see all scenes, but I will leave the exploring part to you.
On top of the bonus scene I also finally added Ophilias dream scene! It has a few variations and has a random chance to play with different corruption states or drunken/not drunken. It will get available after you progressed Ophilia up to the point where she changes her looks.
The scene at the huntinground has gotten a small update (Tia & Orcs) also finally fixed the animation... Sorry, wasn't aware it was broken until I played it through.
Also fixed the MC's jerk off scene with Tia in the mine... the scene still has grass on all areas, and looking at the prevote on discord this won't change anytime soon... well maybe when I get too frustrated by it

if anyone has a hard time triggering the Ophilia content. i was only able to do it after having Kate sit on Grants lap during serving time. after that you can call Pia anytime during when you and rick order beer.

I mean Chyos tend to change minor things from time to time, but in the monastery your choice will also affect the way you approach the girls... allying with Syfa at minimum will lock you out of their love routes, and given the girls characters corrupting them seems like a sure fire method to make them sleep around after parting, afterall they no longer are required to be virgins and expected to have lost it in their initiation ritual
