I see it... BUT, and specifically regarding that quest, by the time you make it this far, you had already done Ariana's quest which includes talking to Roderic. So, I'm assuming you know where to talk to him and at what time?

Disclaimer: I didn't write the walkthough but some things are, or at least should be, VERY obvious!! :ROFLMAO:
He's right though. Quests should have more specific informations to not force players to run around like chicken without head. Not to mention some of them are time-sensitive and you may end up with the outcome you didn't want to have, not because you made a mistake, but you never actually knew you're making one in the first place.

It's not that problematic when you have one or two quests to do. But starting again and throwing youself into quite the amount of them may be trublesome.

Roderic is but an example in this. But in order to progress certain parts of quest you need to talk with him in different locations all over his house. And those are time sensitive and if you miss the correct period of time you have to either wait for another opportunity or load previous save file and try again to reach him in time.

Why would this be obvious? It clearly states in his room. Sometimes the location of where you talk to someone changes. Why would I assume that the quest is wrong when it clearly said his study in the previous quest? My assumption is that the questlog...is accurate.

not disagreeing with your point, but you're misusing the term "time sensitive". "Time sensitive" means you only have a limited amount of time to do it. That's not wat you're point to, you're saying these events happen at a specific time of day, and not that you'd be unable to do them by running out of time, which is wat "time sensitive" would mean.

Weekly Status

Good evening,

A strenuous week lies behind me, time to write a little about what I have achieved in the course of it.

The week got off to the worst possible start. I was already struggling with a cough last Friday, but instead of it clearing up over the weekend, I was in bed with a fever on Monday and Tuesday. It slowly got better on Wednesday, but I still have a slight cold today. But now with another weekend I'm hopeful to recover until Monday.

Nevertheless, I tried to get something done despite the health restrictions. Since my ability to concentrate was limited, I mainly concentrated on editing pictures for Bianca's scene which I made and talked about last week. In total I've now edited 438 images (6 animations + transitions).

Yesterday I also finally got through the mountain of bugreports that had piled up. Thank you for all the reports! And I started working on animations for the MC with Ugotha, but that will need a little more tuning before it looks good.

So all in all, I've tried to catch up a bit in the last few days, but the 2 lost workdays at the beginning of the week are making themselves felt. Bianca's scene is still not written, even though the pictures are all finished now. I'm going to start on it today, but I already know that I won't be able to finish it.

Considering the time that has passed, I have to start thinking about where I'm going to put the end points for this update. I think I will need at least another two weeks to finish everything. That includes the final scene with Bianca as well as the confrontation and related scenes in the goblin village with Ugotha and another scene for Bianca and Gritz.

So for now, I set a rough release target for 24.01.
Whether this is ultimately feasible will become clear in the coming weeks.

For now I will continue a little further and wish you all a nice weekend!

Does anyone the trigger that allows the MC to gain intelligence/witchcraft points when using spells mid-combat?
I used to get them previously but I'm currently on a new save and they aren't triggering

folks, is it possible to reset specific character's route? For example if I played NTR but don't like it and wanna try pure love instead, that possible to reset?

That would be much more comfortable than making pure love save and pure ntr save, I would just reset the character that I want to play differently

Not without restarting entirely/going back to earlier saves or heavily editing your savefile's relevant variables, which would likely break your current playthrough.

Again, no.
Your "comfort" would have been better served with making those choices much earlier than now.

damn that sucks, this is extremely annoying because this game has so many routes and replaying takes very long time

I don't know what it looks like in the latest version. But in built 0.5.3.5 you could train witchcraft with enemies who were significantly lower than your own level. At some point, there will no longer be a fight, but you will just slaughter them. This way you collect points just like other talents that you train on the side. But there will only be a maximum of 2 skill points. After that you need to lv up and distribute talent points accordingly, as with all other talents.

Not exactly the answer I was looking for but thank you.

I don't know if this changed recently, but I started receiving them selecting the ally option with Isha after learning the last spell from Samantha, so this was the trigger that I was looking for and for anyone who might be in the same situation.
