mhm that is strange. I just checked the code for the event and on ntr off mode the MC should automaticly stop any advance... only other explanation I have is that the variable has been changed by another event and thereby overgone that.
I will add in a fallback so that in case ntr is turned off there will be a hard reset of the progression and thereby it won't happen.

Edit: found the problem. it was indeed an other event that on error set the progression one step higher and thereby prevented the intended progression from happening which could lead into the problem you described that you didn't have any control over it and it would even trigger on ntr off mode.

Dude, I’ve got a full NTR path, a pure love route, a non-NTR playthrough, full corruption, and even a mixed love-corruption path—six separate save files in total. It’s a grind replaying everything from scratch, but I don’t want to miss any of the endings. Still, getting an NTR scene during a non-NTR playthrough just feels wrong. It hits different when you’re not expecting it, especially when you're fully invested in a love route.

I don't really like Mira's personality, even if you follow the path of love, she constantly condemns the hero for his actions, whether it's a relationship with Emily, or Emily pregnancy, or other women. Plus her choice to become a nun... Frisha, if you win her heart, behaves more agreeably. A true obedient wife.

Mira says that she will try to persuade Andalin to have a threesome, but there is no actual scene yet. I think it will be later, if Mira is voted for.

It isn't possible to preclude yourself from Mira, or any story advancing LI. This isn't one of those games where you have to be careful not to cut yourself off from an LI.

Emily's house isn't even related.

What does the next step in your Mira quest say?

I've talked to Giron about the house. Trying it again, he says I've already paid my taxes and if I have too much gold I can donate it to the church.
The only quest I have with Mira is "reading with Mira" and that is marked as completed. When I read with her again, I can put my hand on her back and that it is it.

Kiss mira and let emily catch you guys in action. Then start mira church quest. After that talk with Emily in morning in kitchen. You will get a knock on the door from a guard explaining about the due taxes of Emily. Visit goren then after you come back home spend a night with Emily. Then talk in dinner with mira and frisha explaining about the situation. Visit church then talk with rick, get permission from Emily and start building Emily's house.

Weekly Status Report

Good afternoon, it's Friday again and time to tell you about my work over the past week.

This week, my main focus was on Verena's scene. I had already given a little teaser about this before the 0.6.0.6 update, but at that point I had only worked on one of the animations for this scene. Over the last week, I have now been working on various position and transition animations to complete it. The editing is done by now, but I'm still in the middle of rendering the background images, which will keep me busy for a few more hours.

While the work on the images took the majority of my time I also worked on some bugfixes early this week which lead to another hotfix for version 0.6.0.7 (see the changelog for details).

Another thing I've been working on (because I just couldn't only work on images the whole time) were a few more steps on the story progression. There I've been working on a mechanic to deligate work of the rebuilding process to cultists so that the MC doesn't have to build everything by himself. From what I've gathered most of you weren't exactly happy about the minigame that I added, so this way you won't have to do it anymore. The goal was never to have you do this over and over but only 2-3 times and of course for those who want to do it more often. I have a few more plans for mechanics around Darkholt and I hope that I can finish working on them in the coming week (and don't worry, no more minigames).

Speaking of next week, I have a few things I want to get done by the end of it.
First, of course, there is Verena's scene. After doing all the preparatory work this week, I hope that inplementing the images and writing the scene won't take too much time.
I also mentioned more interaction around the carpenters house in my last report, that is then also something I want to work on + maybe more animations in case I need them.

And then of course the mechanics around Darkholt. I don't want to spoil my story plans at this point so for now let's just say that I have to find a good balancing for the work/payout that everything there has. In the past, I often only roughly estimated the economics of the game, something I will have to fundamentally recalculate and adjust in the future. For this next thing I will try to do it right so that putting time into it gives a good payoff, we will see if it works out.

So, there's a lot to do over the next week, but today I'll have enough to do with the rendering. I'm going back to that now and wish you all a relaxing weekend!

If you are reading the walkthrough, it says get the "strong anesthetic" from Lucien, then when Lucien doesn't have a "strong anesthetic" it confuses people.

I always grab whatever anyone sells in every game, just to have it just in case it is needed sometime down the road. I always choose to kiss Arianna, so this part never tripped me up.

CSerpent isn't the first person this month to ask about how to get a strong anesthetic. It took me a bit to figure out why folks were asking, and I didn't do it alone.

Looking at it now, I 100% understand how the walkthrough confuses some folks. It is easy to forget what Lucien says about it the one time he tells you he has it, it's not like it sounds like an important detail you need to remember hours and hours of gameplay down the line.

The pink outfit is brilliant while the new one is total whorelike trash. I have changed it in edit mode because I can't stand that ugly appearance.
I hope the dev will stop someday doing endless slutty outfits and patterned threesome scenes with position1+position2+position3×body1+body2+body3. It's a pity people vote for it instead of linear character development, dialogs, decision-making. Just full of the game turned into a slut fabric.

Tell you about "strong anesthetic" in any way? It doesn't. At all. (BTW, standalone isn't being updated, you should be referring to the online version, which technically makes this information part of page 1.)

If you are stuck on Arianna, and made the major mistake of not processing what Lucien said in game months ago, reading step 21 "For the next step you must have completed Lucius quest and have visited his shop again a few days later to buy the strong anesthetic."

CAN CAUSE SOME CONFUSION IF YOU MADE THE ABSOLUTELY UNFORGIVABLE SIN OF MISSING ONE BIT OF DIALOGUE.

That confusion could be remedied if the walkthrough referred to the name Lucien sells it by, not by an easily missed bit of a synonym for it. At the time Lucien says it to you, Control your lust has been finished for over an in-game week, all of Lucien's quests have been finished at that point, so it's not even an issue of quest related dialogue.

So here is your cookie for being better than folks that have been confused by this. Thank god you are here to rub it in there faces that you are better than them.

The game often puts you in situations where you should remember some usefull informations you learned before, that's normally rather liked by the audience as far as I can tell... on the other hand it's likely VERY confuseing for people not paying attention.

I believe that this bugg happens if you haven't had vaginal sex with penny, so first you need to spend the night with her on her room when she is gooing to sleep in order to progress on that, and then after that you can try again and you will have be able to continue without the bugg happening again.

The stand alone was last updated after v.0.5.9.1 which was released October 25, 2024.

This means it does not include the major full releases of v.0.5.9.5 last December, v.0.6.0.0 made this February, or v.0.6.0.5 made in May.

That is three full updates that are not in the stand alone. No quenching Gavina's fire (the plug was there but has been reworked), no deep mine, (Fanghul, Snikka Ugotha), no Winterhowl additions made this year, no infiltrating the cult (it was listed as a quest for years, but had not been started.)

This fact shows who is running around with falsehoods and who isn't.

A person posted here asking for help. I answered them to the best of my abilities, didn't see any reason to go into the lore, just gave them the information they asked for help with. If they had remembered the bit that Lucien says about the inhibitor, they wouldn't have asked about how to get a "strong anesthetic". If I didn't know that the inhibitor was the strong anesthetic, I wouldn't have known the answer to their question. Your "Um, actually" was useless.
