For Rumah you can decide to let Dasan become the Tribe's Chief, no need to search for evidence than, nor to fight him.
And even if you are the Chieftain you can send girls to the Orcs and make them free to use for any male in Rumah.
Kate can be asked to help interriogate her friends which leads to an NTR gangbang.
For Frisha you can decide to not pay her debt or leave the "Love Potion" in Dave's room.
Bianca just have no silver arrow and have not learned magic from Isha/Gwen while visiting the Dwarfen halls in the mine.
It's not really that hard in many instances to trigger NTR and sometimes it might even be less obvious as you make it seem.
While it's true that in most instances it requires Player input there are also those Events that you might just not have the tools or skills available to prevent it.

Pissing her off with Syfa in the church takes conscious effort to make that NTR happen.

If you make Mira catch you fucking Heather, you then have to tell make conscious choices in game telling her to mess around with Aidalin. She then only does it in the church basement during her normal church basement hours, which by that point (post monastery) you aren't going to the church basement during the day before 4pm.

I haven't ever pissed her off during the church rescue, but I have let her cheat with Aidalin. From the dialogue there will definitely be a MMF threesome there eventually. All of Mira's dialogue is the same whether or not she fucks Aidalin in the day.

So it's not really a punishment.

I've got 87, and think I am only missing marrying Emily and knocking up Kate (not 100% that Kate pregnancy is a quest, but Emily pregnancy definitely is).

I have never seen a definitive answer, and not sure if different paths have the same amount of quests each. (Syfa/Monastery, Ally with Isha/Athia, Liandra camp / Liandra with Dave, and likely others.)

For the Aidalin stuff, you also still have multiple weeks to opt out of it. From what I remember, if at any point you make her mad, literally just talk to her at her home and you'll have the option to apologize which will stop the Aidalin stuff before it starts. It takes a long time of ghosting her after consciously choosing to anger her for her to get with Aidalin instead.

My Emily is pregnant so I can't trigger the scene, I don't remember for sure if you get kicked out after Frisha and Emily interrupt the MC and Mira. If you do, just go back in the bathroom. (Assuming everything the scene requires is completed.)

After you get the foursome scene the first time, if you invite the girls over during dinner, you can enter the bathroom after the girls get in the tub.

Calling it a foursome probably is kind of a mis-categorization on my part, but just how I chose to distinguish it from the other hot tub "scenes".

This pic shows you ever thing that occurs in the scene, as you can see the MC's dick isn't inside Mira.
