Of course, this game is really great one of my fav, but it’s still weird to lock alchemy like this, it’s the only thing that kinda bugs me, if you want to do a “good” run

The game has already many content, it sure won’t be completed this or next year, if You want to wait to play it completed, you’ll have to wait at least some years

uh...
only man = NTR off mode
all women = every love interest is a woman in this game too. Also I don't see why this is a bad a thing
kitchen = there are several. with a cooking minigame
dressing room = there is even a dressmaker (frisha)
spying girls = it is in this game. both in NTR off and NTR on modes. although not very frequent. You spy on Miria your childhood friend when she changes her clothes, for example
so basically every single thing you listed exists in this game too.
