I too like the cult subplot, but if I have to choose, I like the ones that show us some lore and plot, like Gwen, or ruining Giron and Dave’s life in the mansion, overall all fun

Chyos there is a bug with Laina in v0.4.7.0a (started a new game in that version)

In the attached save:
take Laina on final date. Give her cumwine and roasted rabbit. Then we automatically go home and have sex. During which the dialog explicitly says that Dasan took her virginity, which is impossible because I killed him before she existed (also NTR is off and has always been off since this run started). Afterwards checking her in the romance page it shows her as still being a virgin, with a sex count of 1 vaginal, 0 oral, 0 anal

Other bugs I encountered (not in the attached save):
1. In Penny's house, after dinner go to bed and sleep until "late evening" (aka sleep from 7:30pm to 9pm). It can trigger penny visiting you at midnight. Which will result in sleeping from 7:30pm to 12, then a scene, then sleeping until 9pm. a total of 25:30 hours slept instead of 1:30 hour.

2. Give emily venison to cook with a full rabbitry. Then go to sleep at penny's until evening, then run back to emily's place for dinner quickly. She butchered a rabbit for dinner resulting in dinner playing two skits, first a skit about eating vennison and then a skit about eating rabbit. I guess they were very hungry that day.
This was with both her daughter's maxed out romance and her with early romance (just paid off baron)

3. When you turn in the swords to the king quest, you go with John to the baron and hand him 20 swords. You get 10k XP... and John levels up from level 1 to level 13. I just thought that was funny since he is not actually a playable character.

4. After finishing the quest above, I can still smelt iron and forge swords for john. even though we are done with that order already

Is the ability to make vials of water tied to having basic alchemy, or I could still do it with advanced alchemy only? Or I could just make them without both alchemies in current version?

It is lol. You have to corrupt tia to have access to filling vials of water. Honestly? I just recommend using a save editor, and giving yourself the basics recipes.
If I wasn't going to corrupt tia, then i would have done so myself.

That's an example of a really obtuse and dumb design decision.

you might trigger a timer in their quest which can mess you up if you have multiple timers running at once.

But the only important timer quest is Tia, if you didn't go at the day of Ruhma under attacked then the village get fucked.

Myra's timer event wouldn't trigger unless MC actually walk in the church so technically speaking you can just let it hanging until the end of time unless Chyos change it.

Same for Penny when Henry wakes up, the event won't trigger unless you go in her house.

Emily's kidnapping timer event is kinda 50/50 if you're into NTR cuz Emily is completely unharmed even if you let it pass the ransom date.

Game more flicky, i think cause of weather effect ingame or too many variables in main town, if cause of weather effect, it useless and made game work unsmoothly, I was turn off performance, disable name's house, disable Sync but walking 4 steps, flick. May be should have option turn off weather like as performance mode. By the ways of there is stealh time is too short, i saved in front of group goblins. stealh and come to chest for stone, when walkout, time out and face a deatchmatch. Load savegame , tried 5+ times for each.

Of all Chyos’ decisions this must be the most weird, why do I have to corrupt an innocent married girl, cuck a man, have sex in front of my (Also corrupted) wanita, to have the ability to use alchemy?
Pretty sure Paracelsus didn’t do the same path
